On Sunday 15 November 2026, Wadestown School is delighted to present the ever-popular House & Garden Walk, showcasing a stunning mix of indoor and outdoor spaces.
This is your chance to step inside some of Wadestown’s most beautiful homes and wander through their gardens. Enjoy a captivating range of properties — from cleverly renovated homes brimming with inspiration to character-filled historic houses celebrating their heritage. Two of the featured homes will offer continuous refreshments (included in your ticket price), and our famous deli stall is making a welcome return.
A much-loved tradition for nearly 30 years, the Wadestown School House & Garden Walk attracts visitors from across Wellington and beyond. Held only once every three years, the Wadestown School House & Garden Walk is a unique fundraiser. A committee of parents is already hard at work planning the event — from securing homes and gardens, sponsors, and advertising, to organising publicity, marketing, signage, printing ticket booklets, rosters, and more.
Closer to the event, we’ll be inviting all families to get involved by contributing baking and preserving for the deli stall and morning and afternoon teas, as well as helping out on the day at the featured homes.
