There are two options for scanning at the Main School:
This is easy enough to do. You just stick in the USB drive (also called pen drive or thumb drive or USB stick) and the copier recognises it and prompts you for scan options. This is limited to greyscale scans, meaning not colour but only 'black and white'.
One of the PCs in the library has a scanner attached to it that can do colour scans. This will only work for staff because the (stupid) software requires local administrator rights in order to operate.
