The problem is that when you allocate a laptop to a new teacher it still tries to sync the files from the previous teacher. See KB230738
Method 1. This method has worked well for me Ctrl-Shift-Click 'Delete Files' button.
Method 2. I saved a batch file for this registry hack under \admin\script\Offline_Files. Just drop this batch file into a command window.
