(Tech FAQ) How to unlock a user's account in eTAP

You can unlock users as follows:

  1. Go to admin tools/manage users and rooms
  2. At right against each user there is a tick box. If there is a tick in the box the user is locked out. Click on the tick to remove it and save changes.

If the user is unable to log in and they are not locked out (ie don't have a tick) they need to close all web-browser windows open on their computer and open the browser again fresh to log back in - or they are using the wrong logon or password.
