(Tech FAQ) Our backup regime

WS1 has a shared folder called "BackupDropoff". Files copied in there get backed up according to the following rules:

Monthly dropoff
- Files dropped off in the 24 hours before 5 a.m. on the first of the month
- go into the monthly backup (monthly, monthly-1, monthly-2)
Weekly dropoff
- Files dropped off in the 24 hours before 5.10 a.m. on Saturdays
- go into the weekly backup (weekly, weekly-1, weekly-2)
Daily dropoff
- Files dropped off in the 24 hours before 5.10 a.m. on Tue, Wed, Thu, Fridays
- go into the daily backup (daily, daily-1, daily-2, daily-3, daily-4)
